The actor to replace David Tennant as the next Doctor Who has been announced and it's young Matt Smith. I'm already thinking of him as "Doctor Duran," though, with that hair.While that's great news (I guess), it's disappointing we'll get so little new Who for 2009. A few specials, and then everything revs back up for 2010. Meanwhile, Torchwood's coming back for 2009, but only five episodes? What gives?
